The download or acquired date for the North American DLC on Steam lists a nonsensical date.
Bug Reproduction Steps
I assume this is across all steam accounts.
Expected Result
I expected the date to reflect the release date 8/20/2019.
Bug Report - Actual Result
The date is listed at 12/1/1969 https://i.imgur.com/EhWdCxb.png
