Default Keybind Are Not There For Horse, Blocking, and Griffon Deploy (FIXED)

The TAB for Block, B for Griffon Deploy, and H for Horse Keybinds are not assigned by default
It was like this when I first loaded up the game. Hitting tab brings out a dotted line around my screen.
I expected to do all these things by default but couldnt. Neither could I assign the keybinds since its not really updated. When I find a horse It actually says Youve captured a horse! Press INVALID to mount. (Something Like That).
Nothing happens when I hit these buttons except for hitting tab brings out a dotted line around my screen.
