Bug report - Controls - Mouse x-axis not responding

Description
On a random interval, usually when near a wall or object, the X-axis of the mouse movement stops working. Only the Y-axis is able to be moved.
Bug reproduction
No reproduction, happens randomly.
Expected result
Being able to use both the X- and Y-axis of my mouse at all times.
Actual result
At random intervals, the X-axis stops working.This only happens on APOC.

It mostly happens when I am near a big wall of object that I cannot pass through. Trees are no problem, boulders and stone cliff walls are, while fence walls are not.
