Input UI does NOT show all options

In the Input menu, there are options missing. Block, for example is not there. Upon clicking "Default", 3 new options appear directly on top of the first 3, one of which is Block.

I am using 1440 resolution, all other settings default.

Steps to reproduce:

In main menu, click the drop down, go to settings, click Input, observe the missing keybind options, click Default, observe the now-overlapping keybind options including the missing ones.

    Upon restarting client, the options are still missing, but clicking default again causes them to show up in the list for me, this time not overlapped.
