Bug Report - Two Factor Authentification

Description
Failing to input the correct code when prompted for Two Factor Authentication causes all text boxes on the screen to disappear, requiring a force quit of the program to re-attempt a login.
Bug Reproduction Steps
Launch Ashes of Creation Apocalypse downloaded from the Ashes of Creation website. Successfully input username and password of an account with two factor authentication, causing the TFA code box to appear. Incorrectly enter the TFA code into the box.
Expected Result
User would be taken back to the basic login screen to reenter username and password or would be prompted to reattempt to enter a correct code for TFA.
Bug Report - Actual Result
All text boxes and buttons on the screen disappeared, forcing the player to force quit the program if they wanted to reattempt login or even close the game.
