Super Repair Jump Bug

Description
Player is able to charge super jumps while repairing
Bug Reproduction Steps
1. Have armor low enough that you can repair it (the more damaged you are the easier it is to get the timing right)
2. Begin repairing
3. Begin charging a super jump (press and hold ctrl)
4. You will now be repairing and charging a super jump at the same time
5. Release ctrl at any time to super jump
Expected Result
Player should not be able to perform both actions simultaneously.
Bug Report - Actual Result
Player is able to perform both actions simultaneously and can instantly super jump out of danger when repairing.
