Squading, part invites, and friend invites

People A, B, C... A, and B did not change their name, person C did. Person C could send invites for friends list and squad invites. Person A and B could see Person C in friend list as online. Once invited to squad the game mode changed to squad and would let us ready up. We could also hear each other in lobby over VOIP. The match never started (waited about 5 minutes).
