Glitch looking combat animations due to Animation cancelling

Ima paste something I wrote in another topic to avoud derailing it.
I am afraid of the possibility of
2) Glitched looking combat animations if animation cancelling allows abilities to register input/output effects.
Imo only block dodge and counterATK should cancel animations in order to react to an opponents move. But if a player choses to dodge while in the middle of performing an ability, that ability should not register.
Do you thing that an mmorpg, which players choose to log in in order to experience a fantasy adventure with awsome visuals should have bad looking combat?
Some believe that AC is skillfull combat even though it takes very very little practise.
Oh hey my name is with capitals

I dont think it should be excluded by skill effects but on the idea of continuous momentum.

....of course this is nearly impossible to pull off and I guarantee someone will find a way to do it regardless of whether Intrepid want it or not.
Oh and on a side note, animation cancelling doesn't necessarily look bad.

Every move in this video is done using animation cancelling.
Oh come on bro.
Dont compare Lol visual combat with an mmorpg. Mmorpgs are supposed to be a fantasy life in which the visuals play a big role.
Look at ESO combat and then look at Tera or GW2 from a visual prespective.
ESO is terrible because all the animations are glitched.
Er.....you do know what players use animation cancelling all the time in GW2 and TERA right?

These guys are using weapon swaps and teleport skills to cancel their animations, making their burst combos faster and more fluid.

And here is a simple video in TERA of what animation cancelling looks like compared to without it.
Lovely work.
Is it possible to upload an ESO vid?
It would help compare when AC in a game is not done properly and when it is
