Ashes will not update

I uninstalled the original game following the steps - uninstalled the new version and then reinstalled the game and it will not update.

I am only getting an error saying "The game must be updated" and the patcher will not launch...

and yes I have attempted in Admin mode and repair/fix/modify using the launcher again
