Stuck on terrain

Hi, I got stuck in-game twice in locations. There should be a button or way to get on stuck or teleport you out of it. Like getting stuck between a tree and a few rocks.

    Have become stuck in trees on multiple occasions after lunging. On ONE occasion I was able to destroy my way out; when it occurred in lobby the portal freed me, the other times I died.
