Steam launch error - Missing Executable

Hello,

I was trying to play the game via Steam, but after the installation this error follows.

Edit: verifying files doesn't help.

    Hello,
    I have the problem too.
    Where I can get this file to put it in the right folder ?
    or is there another way to fix the problem?
