Someone hit me with the wand skill that puts a beam of light on you (forgetting what it's called), and it stayed on me for the entire match.. Made it difficult to see and play.

Description:
When in the lobby where all of the players can run around and obtain items, you can use the ability on the Wand of Light. If you are struck with the ability, it makes you glow and blocks some of your view. This persists through the game launching and riding your gryphon to the ground.
Bug Reproduction Steps:
I did an annoying thing to others, but I found a wand in the pre-game lobby and hit as many people as I could with it. Then once the game started I hovered in the air and watched multiple glowing gryphons fly down all over the map.
Expected Result:
You glow the entire round. Only death removes it. Potions do not work at removing.
Video of it as well.

Hemorrhage
Chain Lightning
Wand of Light (on opposing player)
Stillblade (on opposing player)
None of the effects are actually registered server-side so only the client is aware of their annoyance. Generally the fix is to use that same ability, or have that same ability used on you, which will not layer the particles/SFX and will instead end at the appropriate time as if it was only used once.
Next time someone tags you with Wand of Light before game start, you can at least be comfortable that no one else on the server can see the effect but you lol.
