Items in hotbar disappearing when changing items

1. One of the dailys description is "outlive 75 people in solo". But when you look at the progression, it goes up to 100.
2. I have had a building disappear infront of me when i landed. It did come back after a little while.
3. I have noticed the items in my hotbar, sometimes disappear when i change item or scroll item. I can't remember which exact thing made it happen. But this bug has happened some times now

I have gotten this recently as well where the icons for items will display their colors but the actual images will not be present. Furthermore, the default axe on the P key will have "NOT_BOUND" as the text instead of "P".
