[FIXED] Changing key bindings causes weapon abilities to disappear

After changing my keybinds the weapon, chest, and legs abilities disappear. Also, all icons affected show that they are bound to W when they are not.
Reproduction Steps:
1) Reset keybinds to default
2) The following are the keybinds that I have set. I'm unaware which of them is causing the issue and will update this if I find out more:
Move Up - Not Bound | Not Bound
Chest Armor Spell - Q | Not Bound
Default Weapon - Tab | Not Bound
Interact - F | Not Bound
Jump - Left Alt | Not Bound
Push to Talk - Not Bound | Not Bound
Weapon Spell - E | Not Bound
Start Block - 6 | Space Bar
The expected result: is that all the abilities are present and the assigned keybind is below the image
The actual result: the image I've linked https://imgur.com/a/WUOmMyI . No abilities appear and they all show as bound to W
