Storm showing as covering the safe area on the map

Description
The red area on the map showing where the storm is covers almost the entire map starting upon entry into the match. The red layer still has a safe area marked by having no red; however, the actual safe area is marked with a white circle that is under the red shaded storm area.
Bug Reproduction Steps
I just ran the patch released at about 5 p.m. west coast time. The first game that I ran did this. I played one game, exited and logged in again, and the next match had the same problem. I think the marked areas from the previous match had persisted into the second match.
Expected Result
The safe area of the map should be marked by both the clear area within the red shaded area and the matching white circle marking the same area.
