Downloader taking 98% of GPU

I think the patcher/downloader doesn't need all these lightning effects in the background, or should use a lower fps setting.
My Task Manager shows that APOC is taking 15% of CPU and 98% of GPU. For a full download with my line, that's all the fans spinning at max speed during 1 hour...
Config: 8086K, 2080 Ti, 4K res.
