Bug report - Fall Damage after horizontal lunge

Sporadically, after lunging forward with a two-handed weapon, with little to no change in elevation, I will take a random amount of fall damage. This happened three times in my last match with fall damage values of 39, 70, and 63, respectively.

    I can confirm this has happened to me I can add a video clip of it for better visuals.
    This has happened to me 3 times and every time it has happened with a two handed weapon.
