Missing Keybinds for and unable to use Griffin, block, and horse

Apologies if this has already been reported. I searched for it and did not see it posted.
Objective1: Spawn a griffin, ride a horse, and block in a match
Objective 2: Reset keybinds to see if it fixed problem 1
Problem 1: Unable to spawn a griffin, ride a horse, or block in game
Problem 2: Keybinds are not visible in the menu
Background: The keybinds for objective 1 were shown as undefined, and the griffin does not spawn when I hit "b" which is shown as the default mapping. I tested spawning my griffin a few times, even jumped from tower to make sure it wasn't a distance to ground issue, and it does not spawn for me when hitting "b." I went to reset the keybindings and could not find them. My friend informed me that they are at the very bottom. The last bottom keybinds for me are the emotes, whereas his are the griffin and block keybinds. I have a screenshot of problem 2 if it is needed.
I am playing on the steam version.
