Bug: Want of Light

Description
If someone casts the wand of light on you in the lobby before the match starts, your stuck with the effect on you permanently the rest of the match.
Bug Reproduction Steps
1. Join a lobby
2. Get hit by wand of light ability right before match starts.
3. After match starts notice wand of light ability on you for the rest of the match. The effect blocks vision and makes it nearly impossible to play.

Expected Result
Effects cast on you during lobby should be removed at start of the game.

Effect stayed on my character through the whole match.
Note: I'm newish to the game. I believe that is from wand of light, someone can correct me if I'm wrong.
