Cant log in in game

When i sign in with my login credentials in the game launcher the only thing that happens is that the password dissapears. No dialouge box comes up saying the servers are down or that my password is incorrect. I can retype my password into the launcher but the same thing happens, the password disappears and nothing comes up or changes on screen. Im stuck at login screen.

    Sadly, I have to report the same issue on my end.
    Password simply disappear, no error of any kind is showed.

    Download the game from the site then login will work. When someone downloads the game from steam will not be able to login to the game

    Not a solution, but yeah. Cieniu is correct: I downloaded the game from the website and bypassed Steam and I could login.

    Same here, can't log in through steam's EU My.com client, but the websites client work perfectly.
    luckily, you can still play on the EU server through the websites client.
    I'd like to add that the same thing happens no matter what password you put in the password field, right or wrong, they still just disappears and nothing happens beyond that.

    I cant log in with non steam version. Played Apocalypse many times before and keeps giving me a failure. Yet i can log in to my account and forums here.

    I had the same issue. You have to remove all special signs (e.g. $, € and so on) from your password.
