Instant lobby for testing?

I've mentioned this in a few BR games forums, but a big nuisance for me is constantly staring at the lobby screen, especially when im just learning and dying on repeat
An idea I've had is to have the lobby instantly put the first person in, and then give a few random mobs with 100-200 health for testing damage you would do in game, therefor people would be more willing to simply queue and mess around and we'd get in game more easily, on top of being able to train for the actual match without being booted to lobby to stare at queue timer for another 2+ minutes
maybe even make them spread out enough and give a negligible amount of exp for your pass, like 1-3 or so as to promote people constantly testing combat (and finding more bugs in the process)
