It is impossible to log in two accounts from the same IP address

We want to play with my wife in pairs, but it is impossible to connect one if the other is already in the game. NAT on the router is turned on.

    I'm also sharing the IP with another person and can play duo without any issues.

    Sorry, the problem was resolved upgrade the router firmware
