LOD Issues

I have noticed a few problems that I am suspecting is due to level of detail. Sometimes, the high quality textures will not render when when I get close to assets such as buildings. Instead they are stuck with a low quality (usually a greyish looking texture). Furthermore, as I have mentioned in another post, when getting near buildings they will sometimes completely disappear. Even though I could see them perfectly when far away.
I ended up going through the logs and found some very interesting errors due to rendering textures
