Do not receive random Duo partner

I have played at least 5 games, I tried with tick on 'not fill' and without it, but I never received duo partner. So I have not chance to win, neither solve the quest (revive).

    ...and today I have same issue with the group play. From 3 group matchs I received partners only once. At least I know the issue is not at my side.

    If it maters, I play on EU server.
