Inventory UI disappears after polymorph

The items user interface at the bottom right disappears after I used polymorph. This happened to me twice on 2 different matches, both of the times on a squad game.
I put a chest with the polymorph active on it. After using polymorph, my UI just disappears, although I can use all items properly.
This lasts for the rest of the game but I could see my UI again when I joined a new game.
