Wall not displaying correctly when hugging it on 21:9

Description
When going really close to a wall, you can see through it, partially.
Bug Reproduction Steps
1. Go to a house in the port, upstairs.
2. Stand next to a wall.
3. Rotate the camera slightly.
Expected Result
The wall should display correctly, not allowing to see through.
Bug Report - Actual Result
You can see through the wall partially, probably due to 21:9 resolution:
