Display Settings- help!

Hey, I'm new. I haven't been able to play yet.
Because - When I open the game, the display settings are off. They are so off I can't click the button in game to change the display settings. Even changing my display settings on the computer itself does nothing for the in-game settings, whether or not I close and reopen the game each time I change a setting.
Please help? I want to play, as a friend of mine likes this game, but I literally cant even push the play button because of the display settings
Any advice?

    Can you record it because I am not sure what you mean. Do you have a black window or what is the issue?

    I would try reinstalling everything if you haven't already. Make sure to delete all the old files of the launcher and then reinstall and try again. There are guides you can most likely find in the discord.
