Intrepid should remove microtransactions from APOC

Hello all sorry if this is done to death topic. I used to post and lurk back in old forums and havent kept up with the new.
That being said I dont see why Intrepid should have cash shop in beta test. Its unethical and money it brings in isnt worth the cost in bad PR. If this is too much I would atleast recommend them making all of the store items earnable as well in adventurers path. Preferably the free one as it's lackluster.
I have heard only two good arguements against this. First is, that they need to pay for servers but if that is the case I would be worried they need us to pay for their testing and second much more credible bad PR/community trust wont matter since if game is good it will sell itself. While I am somewhat inclined to believe this I would say this kinda thing is hard to predict and there have been games that were okay but had such bad "notoriety" no one played em, best not to gamble.

yes, it is a testbed for the MMO but it's also going to be its own stand-alone game.
Folks are always going to be divided on a cash shop in any form. As for the concern with PR, I would just wait it out. People need to have some drama to feel validation, so let them have it. Once the MMO starts to roll out its Alphas / Betas and releases the conversation will switch focus and I am almost certain the BR will fade a bit.
also FU EA
As long as intrepid doesn't throw everything out the window and have loot boxes for gear and stuff then I think the cosmetics are fine. People can choose to or not to buy them. It'll help with server costs and add some extra money flow along with.. the others lol.
I would laugh if this was not so true
