Kind of rubberbanding? [solved with time]

don´t know if it is a real bug or something else, but since this morning ( German time), I played like 10 games in the timespan of 10 hours and every time I had problems with something that looks like rubberbanding or resetting of my position by a second. here is a link to an youtube upload
