100 to 0 fall damage in house

Just was insta-killed inside a structure on the ground floor. I think it was a weird way I used the "lunge" ability (left + right click). But took max fall damage randomly.

    Same as the above but outdoors, jumped off a hill and rmb+lmb towards the ground, dead soon as I landed. 100 fall damage according to the in game info (cause of death also from falling) so wasn't anything else that hit me.
