So in this video I took 104 damage (27 armor and 77 health) from bonesmasher active after the last melee hit.

Talking to other people I'm fairly sure it has something to do with the enemy being downed while the proc is ticking.

    Have experienced this once so far. It was in Solos and I killed the enemy while I was afflicted with Hemorrhage and he had it active. The timer ended, but effect persisted for quite a while after death, maybe 30 seconds.
