I never entered the lobby for the match. I was stuck on the loading screen.
Fail to enter the lobby before the match. I entered the match when the portal popped as normal.
Entering the lobby prior to the match. This correlates with some other bugs which have been mentioned. At the end of this match I failed to gain experience or progression for the quests.
