Description
Wand of Light effect excessively blinding to the player it hits
Bug Reproduction Steps
Get hit with the ability from the Wand of Light
Expected Result
A beam of light acts as a beacon on my character, ensuring that I cannot easily hide to repair/heal, snipe, or simply escape. Also makes the afflicted player easy to find for third parties
Bug Report - Actual Result
The beam of light acts like a quasi "darkness" that sticks with the player. This beam is bright enough around the player's direct line-of-sight that it acts as an obstruction and causes difficulty in attacking or defending themselves.
This feels like excessive punishment to the afflicted player

I still feel like it's a bit extra, with the other effects of the special.
That said, I got hit with it again in a recent match and it didn't seem so bad. Makes me wonder if it stacks and I got hit a couple times
Thanks for the info, @xlangatangx !
