Blink boots / Elevated ground / Terrain

Description
Rock or any structure can be blinked into if it's on elevated ground. Can shoot through terrain once inside.

* Find terrain on an incline
* Crouch into it as much as possible
* Blink
Expected Result
You end up inside the structure or on the other side of structure. Can shoot through terrain once inside.

You end up inside the structure, on the other side, or not going in. Can shoot through terrain once inside.
