Now to add onto this, this is the current stats. I wouldn't aim for the bottom of the stats, try to aim for middle ground, that way if the requirements go up, you stay safe.

Don't forget that pre-release clients does often have no performance optimizations and a lot of debugging/logging stuff enabled that the minimum/recommended system requirement is not enough to play it on highest settings or without fps drops.
