Connection Attempts : infinite

So basicly I go to sign in, and it just keeps doing connection attempts never connects. Any idea how to fix this?

Hi there - it sounds like perhaps you may be trying to log into an old test launcher for the game, or perhaps into Ashes of Creation Apocalypse.
