Movement and accessibility on top of objects

My favorite mmo is WoW, and one of the things that made me love that game was freedom of movement, you could get on top of pretty much anything if you found a smart way to do it. It gave a better feeling of the world like it was an actual sandbox.
I have played some other mmos, such as guild wars 2 that put a bad taste in my mouth due to for example if you tried to jump on a lamp post or something, it would simply slide you off.
I just wanted to know how freely you can do these things in ashes of creation?

probably a lot more freedom than in WoW, as exploration is actually a thing the game will promote.
If you see a mountain range, for exampe, you'll be able to climb it.

Think you'll be very happy with the exploration.

If I recall correctly, the design leader said there would be grappling hooks, so they are thinking in having that type of movement dynamic.
This has to wait a little since I imagine they are trying to consolidate gameplay and have everything stable.
