add in presets for houses furnished layouts.

i was thinking it would be cool if they could add in presets you can save your furnished house to. so say when its the holidays and you want to have your house ready for Christmas you go into a preset load it and you have your Christmas theme. instead of removing all furnished items and than placing what you want. it would be easier to load a preset that you did and saved from before.

    Well, they've already said a couple of times that if you live in a node that's destroyed then you get mailed a layout schematic for your home to use in your next property. I assume they'll probably just streamline this by allowing a saving and loading feature as you suggested.
