Caravan Idea

During the recent AMA I had an idea that I think would be fun. As we know, caravans will go along trade routes and these caravans will be susceptible to attacks from other players. My idea is that we have the ability to fill a caravan with x-amount of players instead of a bunch of items and if anyone attacks the caravan they all jump out and gank the gankers.

    In most games you avoid escort missions like a plague...in pvp its even worse...and now they want us to spend a lot of resources to cause them on on purpose lol

    Apart from it being epic? Maybe it could kill a bunch of raiders who keep attacking you. to be honest it just sounds cool to me :D

    To be fair, it's one of those ideas that's sorta like why not? It would be doable in real life, so why not? I like it!

    The advantage I'm thinking of is lets say a group is constantly attacking our trade route, they must eventually become corrupt and thus risking items being dropped upon death. We then send out one of these caravans to the unsuspecting attackers. They once again attack our caravan but we all jump out and kill them for their stuff.
