Interrupt armour mechanic?

Hello,
how is interrupting boss abilities going to work? I hate the fact that in WoW you are not able to interrupt most boss abilities.
Wildstar had a great solution for this: interrupt armour. e.g. a boss could have 3 interrupt armour which meant that at least 3 people had to perform an interrupt at once. A successful interrupt would then stun the boss for a couple of seconds and players would deal more damage.
Personally, I love this mechanic because it rewards player collaboration as well as avoids having boss abilities that you cannot dodge/interrupt.
What do you think?
