I didn't see any information on the wiki so I post here. My concern is :" will legendary will be really legendary ?". I don't like seeing everyone one with them. It devaluate the prestige behind the title.

There are legendary items that are very, very hard to obtain but can be obtained by multiple people. There are also legendary unique items that can only be 1 per server at any given time.
