Respeccing mechanics?

Do we have any understanding of/hopes for the following:

A) How do we respec our skill points invested into abilities, and how considerable is the cost?

B) Where is the team putting the needle on making is easy-difficult to respec generally?

C) How large is the hurdle to respeccing our secondary archetype, and is there a de facto limit to this (either number or time-gated frequency of times)?

Cheers!

I am torn. I kinda want respeccing. I kinda don't. but time gating seems like perfect. but it has to be long. as always it should be a conscious decision someone makes knowing that the next respec is weeks out. maybe something along the lines of once every 30 days? it allows people to change if they are not happy yet doesn't allow spec hopping like in WoW. They have to invest time into the new spec or don't respec at all.

I believe respeccing your sp won't be too difficult, as Steven believes that players should be able to adapt to every situation.

I want it to be somewhat limited. What I mean by that is, it should be free of cost, but it should only be allowed at certain locations on the map.

Kind of like how you're only allowed to change your talents at a major city in WoW.

The secondary class choice, which comes after some time getting used to the world of Verra, will be more fluid. If you choose the Fighter and the Rogue to make a Shadowblade, but eventually want to try your hand at Summoning to make a Bladecaller, you’ll be able to do so.[1]

We don't want you to be able to change your secondary class or the augments you have applied out in the open. We want you to have to make a conscious choice somewhere at a NPC. The level of node necessary for that particular NPC to be available will likely be either at the Village stage or above. So, if you are far out in the wilderness exploring – and we have no instant teleportation in the world – you need to be conscientious of what your choices are; and not be able to change them on-the-fly.[34] – Steven Sharif

That's from the wiki, it won't be that easy. No changing in raids, dungeon or open world, you either do a quest or at least need to be in a node
