Question regarding Might of the Murk cosmetic shop

Seems the Might of the Murk cosmetic skins are about 10 days short of one month. Is there a specific reason for this (as it seems atypical for cosmetics to have a duration of only about 20 days), or does it have to involve some type of "walls closing in" type of timer that was digitally /mastered/ (?)
