Can i disable 2FA without my phone?

I have been having trouble logging into my Intrepid account due to the 2 Factor Authenticator that is in place. The problem is that I currently have a new phone and did not import the account from my old phone to my new one. Without the code I cannot access my account and I'm not sure what to do. Suggestions?

    Put in a ticket

    They have a large number of tickets coming in at this time, but they will get to you.

    Jahlon is right. Best to contact support by submitting a ticket and selecting "I need assistance with my account." The team will sort you out.
