Transmog in AoC

Someone may have already asked this but I could find something along these lines. But will transmog in aoc be like wow where as I pay to transmog my armor and when I get a new piece of gear I have to pay again to mog that piece or will it be like lotro where as I make an outfit and never have to pay to transmog my gear?

    Its hard to answer this question right now as we don't have in depth info on transmogs yet.
