Puzzles and Challenges

Hello everyone, I'd like to discuss puzzles in AoC!
Right now, it's confirmed that we will already get jumping puzzles, so check that off your list if you haven't already. But what I want to know is whether or not that will be the only open world type of puzzle in the game.
For instance, I'd like to bring everyone's attention to Sen's Fortress. It's big, it has traps galore and monsters using themselves as bait and lurking around every corner. It has chests that eat you and hidden passages and items that you will probably not find until another attempt is made. This is what I would personally call a Puzzle Dungeon -- it's a separate area from the usual world environment with a challenge ready for you to complete in exchange for a unique reward.
Doesn't this sound like a fun place to hang out? It could be a castle, a cave, a tomb; it could be in plain sight or hidden behind magical doors or dense flora -- the possibilities are boundless and without number! AoC is a big world, so for the areas that aren't be occupied by regular dungeons, raids, or towns it could be a great opportunity for a challenging puzzle away from the main activities so you can use your downtime to relax or sate your curiosity.
So what can this community come up with? Give the team something to chew on while they prepare the alpha world for us.
Personally, I would like to see a conjoined puzzle and dungeon area -- a Puzzle Dungeon, if you will. You're clearing the dungeon of monsters when one of your party members comes across a magically hidden door that leads to a section of the castle or cave that splits away from the main area and brings you to an area full of your run-of-the-mill tripwires and pitfalls, narrow paths and booby traps. At the end, you get a unique reward that makes completing the challenge memorable and then you get a shortcut back to the dungeon.
Sounds fun?
