Siege Scrolls (Praise / Questions / Ideas)

I just want to say I love the idea of the siege scroll, as well as the implementation as I understand it.
PRAISE
From the wiki:
Sieges are started via a siege scroll, which is acquired through a quest that scales in difficulty with respect to the level of the node. A substantial investment is required to attain the siege scroll.[12][2][10]
1. Sieging will require a similar amount of resources and time to what it took to develop the node being sieged.[13]
2. Siege equipment will need to be crafted based on the stage of the defending node.[14]
3. Mayors/governments allocate resources, taxes, and quests to help develop node defenses.[14]
I like that the scrolls will not be easy to obtain. It would be unfair if it were otherwise. The players undertaking the task of creating a siege scroll should put up considerable time and resources if they plan to initiate a siege that could destroy the hard work of so many other players.
I also like that a siege scroll must be carried to the node that is going to be sieged before the scroll can be used. If players/guilds want to initiate a siege across the map, well... they are going to need to carry that scroll across the map the hard way.
QUESTIONS
1. I'm assuming there will be 4 levels of siege scrolls, one for each level of siege node that can be sieged? For example, Siege Scroll (Node Level 3), Siege Scroll (Node Level 4), Siege Scroll (Node Level 5), and Siege Scroll (Node Level 6)?
2. Will Siege Scrolls be freely tradeable between players?
3. Will Siege Scrolls have a timer until they disappear, or can they be stockpiled in banks and vaults?
4. If there is no timer, can you stack multiple levels of Siege Scrolls in your bank? Like, for example, having multiple level 3 Siege Scrolls just waiting to be used all at once?
5. When a Siege Scroll is created, is it created specifically for a target node determined ahead of time, or can a siege scroll be used on any node that meets the requirements? I imagine it can be freely used, just want some clarification.
6. When a siege scroll is created/used, is there any kind of announcement as to who created it or who used it?
7. Would siege scrolls be lootable from successfully sieged nodes/castles or other ways?
8. Will siege scrolls be capable of being destroyed?
9. Can anyone undertake the necessary steps to create a siege scroll? Will it require a guild first, or a mayor of a certain level of node?
10. Would siege scrolls be allowed to be sold on the free markets (or possibly black markets, player to player)?
IDEAS
1. The wiki says that the siege scroll will be required to be brought to the node before the siege can be declared. I like that. I'd also like to suggest that the person who brings and uses the Siege Scroll should be required to bring it to the town center and have that person make a formal declaration. Then, that player gets automatically flagged for PVP. You want to use a siege scroll on a node? Great, you'll get flagged for PVP and then the players of that node can freely attack you and kill you, the messenger
2. I like the current idea of staggering the delay/countdown from when a node siege is declared and until it starts. A village has 2 days, a metro has 5 days. Imagine if you mix this with being able to stockpile siege scrolls. Now imagine if someone gets REALLY ticked at another vassal system, and really wants to bring the pain. On Monday, they declare a siege on the level 6 metro. On Tuesday, they declare a siege on a level 5 node next to it (or possibly multiple level 5 nodes). On Wednesday its a level 4 siege declaration (or multiple), on Thursday its a level 3 siege declaration (or multiple). And then on Saturday, BOOM! Node sieges pop off all over the place in that region! It would take a lot of coordination and resources, but it would probably be one of the most epic series of PVP battles ever. If something like that happened, I would even create a toon on that server just to participate, if possible, or just watch/record it.
3. I like the idea of being able to use the siege scroll on any node, so long as that node meets the requirements when the scroll is used. Imagine how troll it would be to build up a level 6 or level 5 siege scroll, and then have a person travel across the entire world to use it on an unsuspecting node. Why? Well... why not? Many months down the road, hopefully there will be plenty of resources gathered to where players and guilds won't have a problem with spending them on siege scrolls and equipment, just for funsies.
4. Please make siege scrolls always lootable from a persons corpse. If someone gets wind of an impending siege and knows the person carrying the scroll, a PVP party could be formed to track that person/group down and kill them before the siege is declared. They could kill the messenger, even if they're flagged green, and take the siege scroll in advance. Knowing this kind of thing would require spies and such, but I think it would make an interesting dynamic. It would also discourage players from walking around with siege scrolls unless they plan to actually use them.
5. I think it should be so that Siege Scrolls are indestructible. If it takes a fair bit of time and effort to create one, I don't like the idea of having them destroyed, even accidentally. I think it would be fine either way to be honest, but keeping them in the world, I think, would be more interesting.
6. I am for the idea that anyone can undertake the quests and steps needed to create a siege scroll (even though the requirements are pretty high to do so). I think it would create an interesting way for guilds/players to make money. Imagine if there was a market for siege scrolls, where players could create them and just sell them on the boards or auction house, or markets, or whatever. Mercenary guilds could create and sell the siege scrolls for profit, and then turn around and sell their services in the sieges themselves. Hmm..
How's everyone else feel? I'd also like to hear any other clever ways that siege scrolls could be used!
Stay thirsty my friends!
