Are cosmetics ATM pre-release, monthly based?

Is there somewhere to buy the cosmetics being talked about or is it based on when you buy your pre released pack right now towards getting cosmetics skins

Hi there - you can check out the Pre-Order packages currently available in our Shop here, which rotate on a monthly basis to feature new cosmetic items!
