Nodes and Regional Bosses assumptions

Hey, do you have any ideas how nodes development affects bosses spawn before it is officially announced? Don't know whether such disscusions were already created before. If so, link them in comments.
Some World Bosses or Events are geographically fixed. But maybe players deeds contribute to some specific bosses appearance...
For example, I think that rich economic nodes should attract bandits and even dragons which are usually greedy for gold.
Otherwise, military nodes will constantly contribute to enhancement of armies of undead and ghosts left due to war episodes.
Divine nodes growth will create space for heresy cults. Scientific ones – for some hidden and forgotten demons/gods reveals.

Great ideas, except for this right here. I want Scientific nodes to be able to create different types of magical monsters with unique abilities. For eg: A monster that reacts differently to different potions. A monster that grows in size and power when in a certain environment. A monster that's capable of using gravity against you etc. etc. You have endless possibilities.
