Idea/Suggestion - Navegable Rivers inside continent

I think the boat mechanics are awesome, and can be more related with inside continent not only in shores or open sea, if the galleons or medium boats are too big, at least allow the small boats navigate in river, we have alot examples on real life or pop culture civilization who developed aside a river and use a lot boats to multiple objectives.
